The Rapunzel Foundation

About Us

Volunteers at Rapunzel Foundation

At the moment everyone that works in the Rapunzel Foundation works on a voluntary basis, who all have full time work elsewhere so we ask you for your patience when we are dealing with your kind donations or applications for assistance.

We will respond to you as soon as possible.

The Rapunzel Foundation is an organisation which helps people with hair loss through providing information, sharing stories and through the collection of pony tails for the manufacture of natural hair wigs.

Collecting ponytails from donors helps to address the current global wig-hair shortage issue and allows us to alleviate the cost of wig purchase for those who need help most.

The Rapunzel  consists of a Board of Voluntary Members including

  • Anna Furlong, Founder Of Rapunzel Foundation
  • Maeve O’Healy-Harte
  • Emma Roche
  • Deborah O Neill
  • Caroline Kehoe
  • Audrey O Hara
  • Paula Ronan
  • Bettie-Marie Burger Smit
  • Eileen Carr
  • Oonagh Montague
